One of the UK’s leading broadcast PR agencies is looking for a permanent writer to join their award-winning team.
The role will involve writing press releases, cue material and video scripts for a variety of brand-driven media campaigns, across a range of media platforms.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
• Good news and feature writing skills, and ability to create an eye-catching headline.
• Ability to confidently interpret statistics and use raw data to craft engaging news copy.
• Knowledge / experience of writing for a range of different media platforms – including TV, radio and online.
• Clear understanding of the role of brand-driven communications in today’s media environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good awareness of popular trends and cultures.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years journalist experience
Successful applicants will be required to do a written test. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and trial day. Salary dependent on experience.
