Delivery and Expansion of Composites News and Information Portal NetComposites is a young, unique and fast-growing company, creating and disseminating innovative technologies to advance the use of composite materials. Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic business manager/editor to further develop our world-leading news and media services to the worldwide composites industry.
You will have complete responsibility for all aspects of our news and media services, developing our online revenue, delivery services and delivery team. In particular, you will be directly responsible for:
Generating revenue in the form of paid advertising
Managing advertising client relations and providing statistical feedback.
Commercial development of new areas of the NetComposites web site.
Representing NetComposites at major international industry events.
Identifying, researching and editing news and feature articles on a range of technologies and applications within the worldwide composites industry.
Publishing this news electronically through our email newsletter and web site.
The range of skills needed means that we are looking for a versatile individual with a positive and decisive attitude, combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales experience will be needed to manage key accounts and generate new business. Additionally, the role requires applicants to write with exceptional clarity, have a good technical education, a thorough understanding of office software packages and a flair for design. It is expected that the role will require both UK and European travel.
